We spend so much time in our heads—analyzing, planning, trying to figure things out. This afternoon begins with landing back in the body, noticing what's present without needing to change it.
The breath as guide
Opening
Through connected breathwork, we access layers that thinking alone cannot reach. The body holds wisdom, memory, and knowing that emerges when given space and breath.
Expression & release
Moving
What wants to move? What wants to be expressed? Through guided movement and voice, we allow the body to complete what it's been holding, naturally and at its own pace.
Returning whole
Integrating
We close with gentle integration, allowing the nervous system to settle. You leave with a felt sense of spaciousness and a deeper connection to your body's intelligence.
